These terms cover Jaylert Chat for Jira Cloud and its Google Chat app Jaylert for Jira, made by Jaylert, Hungary ("we").
Jaylert Chat
Jaylert Chat is sold and licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of it is governed by the end user agreement shown on its Marketplace listing (the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement, based on the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement) and the Atlassian Marketplace terms. We add no separate terms to it.
Jaylert for Jira (Google Chat app)
The Google Chat app is part of Jaylert Chat and has no separate charge. It only works for people whose Jira site has Jaylert Chat installed with personal messages turned on, and who connected their Google Chat account from Jira. It is provided under the same end user agreement as Jaylert Chat. Your use of Google Chat itself is governed by your agreement with Google.
Fair use
Do not use the apps to send messages to people who have not connected their own account, to try to access other people's data, or to overload the service. We may suspend a connection that is used this way.
Availability
The Google Chat app stops sending messages when Jaylert Chat is uninstalled or its licence ends, when your Jira administrator turns personal messages off, or when you disconnect.
